Welcome to WiseCup, a platform that connects you ("Seekers") with professionals working in various companies ("Guides") across Canada. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WiseCup, you accept these Terms. We may update these Terms without prior notice, and continued use implies acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Services

WiseCup facilitates networking between Seekers and Guides for industry insights and career advice but does not guarantee job placements or employment. WiseCup’s role is solely to provide a platform for these connections.

3. User and Guide Conduct

Seekers and Guides must provide accurate information on profiles and are responsible for all interactions. Agreements made are strictly between the parties involved.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

WiseCup does not endorse or verify any Guide’s advice or statements. Information provided by Guides is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional or legal advice. WiseCup makes no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by Guides.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

WiseCup is not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, including those based on Guide interactions. Seekers assume all risks and agree to indemnify WiseCup for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from platform use or reliance on Guide information.

 

6. Cancellation

Seekers may cancel and receive refunds if they do so 24 hours before the call is scheduled. WiseCup may cancel any appointment at its discretion, with Seekers receiving a full refund.

 

7. Termination

WiseCup may terminate or suspend service access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Seekers may also terminate accounts by notifying us.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ontario law. Legal actions related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in Ontario courts.

 

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between WiseCup and Seekers, superseding prior agreements.
